Covering systems thinking, Event & Causal Factor analysis, interviewing, bias recognition, facilitation, and reporting. The IFC gives investigators, QA professionals, and operations leaders the methodology to find what actually happened and prevent recurrence. Sessions run every Friday 9–11am ET. Certification earned through competency-based assessment.
