About the event
Eight weeks of live virtual instruction grounded in Human and Organizational Performance principles. Covering systems thinking, Event & Causal Factor analysis, interviewing, bias recognition, facilitation, and reporting — the IFC gives investigators, QA professionals, and operations leaders the methodology to find what actually happened and prevent recurrence. Sessions run every Friday 9–11am ET. Certification earned through competency-based assessment.
